The machine is designated for volume forms duplicating of wooden, bone and plastic mass parts and products. There are 2 blanks and a part-form fixed on the machine simultaneously. There are two high-speed vertical motor-spindles for working blanks and a duplicating chuck for spinning of a profile of a form on the upper movable cross-piece. The spinning of a profile is effected manually with the help of displacement of the cross-piece with the duplicating chuck along the form and gradual turning of a form simultaneously with blanks. Thus, successively, rough, semi-clean and clean milling of the profile on the blanks by the end mills of different diameter is effected. Characteristic properties:- high working of lines allows to manufacture sculptures and elements of decorative ornaments of furniture;- easy service, no need of specially qualified staff.
